• How long does it take to get my order?

The longest part of the process is generally obtaining usable artwork.  From the approval of artwork, orders take about 5 business days.  Depending on exact timing, your order could be ready in as few as 3 days from approval or as long as 10 days from approval.  We will provide you with a completed date once your order is placed.  Also, if you require completion by a certain date, we will do our best to accomodate your order.

• Can I re-order and do I have to pay another set-up fee?

Yes, you can re-order.  Generally there is a minimum of 8 pieces on re-orders, and for this there is no set-up fee.  If you need less than 8, the setup fee is $15.00.  We reatin your artwork for a year after original order.  If you re-order within as year, there is no set-up fee.  For re-orders placed after a year, there is a $25.00 set-up fee. 

• Do you offer a money-back guarentee?

 Custom stuff and getting your money back don't generally go hand-in-hand.  We want you satisfied, though, so if what you receive is not what you ordered in the following ways, we will refund your money within 10 days of receipt of goods:

if the image is not as you approved, if you received it after the date promised, if the material is flawed or not the quality provided in your quote.  Used goods will not be accepted. 

  Please call upon dissatisfaction to arrange for returns.  Also, we need you to return the goods to us.
