All shipping is through UPS ground and is billed accordingly.  You can ship returns either UPS or US Mail.

At FitnessWear Inc, your satisfaction in our products is guaranteed.  We know that it is sometimes necessary to return or exchange an item.

NON-CUSTOM GOODS:You may return unused items within 15 days of receipt for a full-refund.  Please provide feedback on the nature of your return so that we may make improvements.  

CUSTOM GOODS:   You may return custom goods if the product differs from the description on-line or if the goods are improperly customized.  That is, the wrong color or design or location.  Follow the return procedures below, but please call ahead so we can understand the problem area.

We want to make it easy.  Simply, choose from the following two options:

1. For fastest service, call 847-486-1704 anytime to request a Quick Exchange.  We will need to charge you for the new item, but will ship it within 3-5 business days.  Custom Orders may take longer.  Once we receive your return, we will credit you for the cost of the original item.
2. If you want to return by mail, please use the return form that came with your order and ship your return either UPS or US Mail.  We will credit your account or process your exchange upon receipt of original item.
