All customers who order with Fitness Wear are assumed to have read our Company Terms & Conditions.

Minimum Order Quantity:

Fitness Wear will only screen print orders of 24+ pieces. Anything under 24 pieces will be customized using the Direct-To-Garment method.

What is DTG?

Screen Charges:

$35.00 Each, per color, per design, per location.

(Youth & Adult) designs may require separate screens.

Screens are kept for 12 months. Designs reordered after a 12 month period will require a new screen charge.

Color Changes:

$25.00 Each, per color, per design, per location, during a production run.

Logo Size Changing:

New screens will need to be made to accommodate logos that need to change in size.

Artwork Designs:

Vector artwork is always preferred, our graphic designers are available to create and re-create designs for a $35.00 hourly rate.

Standard turn-around time

Production time begins once we have final art approval and blank goods have been received in full.

Standard turn-around is 10 business days

Rush Orders:

RUSH SERVICES are only available if production schedule permits

+30% ($50.00 minimum) 5-7 Business days

+50% ($100 minimum) 3-4 Business days

+100% ($150.00 minimum) 2 Business days

Printing Tolerance:

Fitness Wear has a 1/2 inch movement tolerance in any direction per imprint.

Spoilage:

Fitness Wear works very hard to meet and exceed your expectations but shipping exact quantities is not always possible. Due to the difficult nature of Screen Print and Embroidery production we follow the 2% manufacturing industry standard guidelines for Misprints, Overruns and invoice accordingly. If you require EXACT quantities per size, we advise you to order additional pieces in EACH size, style and color.

Customer’s Responsibility to check order:

We ask that customer’s check all orders within 3 business days of receiving it. Fitness Wear is not responsible for replacing defective items that appear after our 3-business day period.

Customer Provided Items:

Fitness Wear does not take financial responsibility to replace items that have been damaged during or after the print process. Items provided by the customer have unknown factors that cannot be controlled by Fitness Wear. When customer garments are provided the customer takes the assumption that the risk of damage to their items is a possibility and Fitness Wear is not responsible to replace the item.

Washing Instructions:

Prints are meant to last but can fade or crack if they are not washed properly. In-order to increase the lifespan of your print we ask that any customized items are washed inside out, on cold temperature with no bleach or strong detergents. Tumble-Dry shirts on low, but hang drying is always preferred. Wash with similar colors.

Items that have been customized using the DTG process are likely to show a light square around the design caused by pre-treat and heat pressing. If the item is washed using the above instructions the “DTG square” will go away with the garment’s first wash.
